Face & Leg Spider Veins & Reticular Veins
Veins can come in many different size and colours such as Spider veins, Telangiectasia and Reticular veins.
Spider veins are small, damaged veins that can appear on the surface of the legs or face. They are usually not painful or harmful, but some people may wish to treat them for cosmetic reasons. Spider veins can be blue, purple, or red and may appear in the form of thin lines, webs, or branches.
Telangiectasias are dilated or broken blood vessels located near the surface of the skin or mucous membranes. They often appear as fine pink or red lines, which temporarily whiten when pressed and can have a matting pattern on the face.
Reticular Veins are blue feeder veins that often contribute to the smaller network of vessels.
Spider veins, telangiectasia and reticular veins can be treated using our specialised vascular laser, Cutera excel V +. This machine is specifically designed to efficiently treat these conditions with no down time at all.
