Dr. Finikias Rugara

Dr Rugara has been a GP since 2013. He worked toward a fellowship in General Surgery before deciding to pursue general practice.
He developed a special interest in skin cancer management as well as cosmetic facial procedures and has completed certificates in Dermoscopy, Anti wrinkle injections and Dermal Fillers.
He strongly believes in optimizing patient health and considers himself to be quite a thorough clinician.

Dr Andrew Song

Dr Andrew Song is an Australia-trained Skin Cancer Doctor and General Practitioner. After obtaining his Doctor of Medicine in 2020 from University of Queensland, he underwent basic training in various hospitals for 3 years in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Byron Bay and Townsville. He developed a special interest in skin cancer medicine and surgery while completing his General Practitioner training in rural Victoria from 2024. He has completed both Certificates of Dermoscopy and Surgery with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia (SCCA) and is currently undergoing Advanced Dermoscopy and Surgical training. He is excited to join our clinic and offer patient centered care to our community.

Dr Clare Wu

Dr Clare graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Doctor of Medicine in 2017 and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She also holds a Master of Public Health from UNSW, reflecting her strong commitment to preventive health care. Clare has completed a Certificate of Dermoscopy through the Skin Cancer College Australasia as well as a Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery. She is also currently completing an Advanced Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery. Clare has a special interest in skin cancer prevention, early detection, and public health education, and is dedicated to helping patients protect their skin and reduce their risk of skin cancer through evidence-based care.

Dr Bahram Naghibzadeh

Dr Bahram Naghibzadeh (Master of Medicine in Skin Cancer, MD, FRACGP) is a primary care doctor with a focused practice in skin cancer medicine at Sun & Skin Medical Centre. He sees patients for full skin checks, assessment of new or changing lesions, biopsy when needed, and treatment of suitable lesions, including surgical excision and selected non-surgical options where appropriate.
He holds a Master of Medicine (Skin Cancer) from the University of Queensland and the Australasian College of Dermatologists Certificate of Practical Dermoscopy. He has also undertaken further skin cancer training through Skin Cancer College Australasia, HealthCert and the RACGP, including programs in dermatoscopy, dermatopathology and advanced skin surgery.
He takes a straightforward approach with patients—thorough in assessment, clear in communication, and practical in management.
Beyond clinical work, Bahram contributes to medical education as an Adjunct Lecturer at Monash University and a GP Supervisor. He works within the scope of a GP with advanced training in skin cancer medicine and refers to dermatology, plastic surgery or other specialist services when that is in a patient’s best interests.
Qualifications include an AMC Certificate, Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), a Certificate of Practical Dermoscopy from the Australasian College of Dermatologists (ACD), and a Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health from Sexual Health Victoria (SHV). He also holds an academic position with Monash University, where he supervises medical students.
